I am located in a renovated barn on an organic vegetable and flower farm in Bristol Vermont serving the greater Burlington area.
In addition to being a retreat chef for hire and offering a personal chef service I also cook for and host many events on and offsite including cooking classes, family-style meals, team building cooking activities, food swaps, and community dinners. And you can find my pre-packaged food at local grocery stores and farm stands.
Specializing in minimally processed natural ingredients I enjoy preparing colorful dishes inspired by global cuisine using mainly plant based whole foods and local organic ingredients as often as possible while supporting and partnering with area farms.
