Blossom Whole Food is a vegetarian retreat chef service owned and operated by Tessa Holmes.
In addition to being primarily a retreat chef for hire I am also available for education and consultation, plus host many of my own retreats and events including cooking classes, family-style meals, team building cooking activities, food swaps, and community dinners.
Specializing in minimally processed natural ingredients I enjoy preparing colorful dishes inspired by global cuisine using mainly plant based whole foods and local organic ingredients as often as possible while supporting and partnering with area farms.
