My specialty is feeding groups of people delicious healthy meals while covering everyone's dietary needs and restrictions.
I have been cooking vegetarian whole-food meals in all kinds of communal settings for the past 25 years and am expert at what I do.
I am also available to provide consultation and help with food sourcing, menu planning and budget managing, starting a small food business, kitchen layout and design, hiring and leading others in the kitchen, maintaining a clean, organized and licensed space, plus cooking lessons and apprenticeships.
